Do you have special handling procedures for gluten-free/sensitive items?
Yes. Our gluten sensitive menu items are made without gluten containing ingredients and have been carefully selected to minimize cross contact with gluten.
What does gluten-sensitive mean?
Gluten-Sensitive Menu items are prepared without gluten-containing ingredients. Our menu items are freshly prepared in our kitchens, which are not free of gluten. Cross-contact with other food items that contain gluten is possible. While we aim to accommodate the dietary needs of our guests, we cannot ensure that these items meet the definition of "gluten-free".
Do you have a separate fryer to avoid cross-contact of allergens?
No. At this time Bahama Breeze does not have separate fryers.

Yes. The Grilled Chicken Breast, and the Grilled Fresh Tilapia served with Fresh Fruit & Broccoli on the Kid's Menu are Gluten-sensitive as is.
